5. Eligible Refund Situations

Users may disable auto-renewal before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

• Discounted offers
• Trial conversions
• Coupon-based purchases

may be subject to additional restrictions and may not qualify for refunds unless otherwise specified.

10. Account Violations

No refunds will be issued where:

• Accounts are suspended for policy violations.
• Users engage in fraudulent activity.
• Login credentials are shared with unauthorized persons.
• Users misuse the platform or attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.
